Dentistry was never just a career choice for me—it was the exact intersection where artistry meets scientific precision. Born in Adoni and raised in the heart of Bangalore, my early years at KV No. 2 Jalahalli East cultivated a deep fascination with how things work. That curiosity naturally led me to RajaRajeswari Dental College and Hospital in Kengeri, where I fell in love with a discipline that demands both the vision of an artist and the rigor of a clinician.

When I graduated in 2017, I refused to sit on the sidelines. Driven by ambition and backed by a Fellowship in Oral Implantology from BOCI India, I jumped straight into private practice. The momentum was fast and exhilarating. Within a year, I launched Smile Dairiez in Central Bangalore, and by 2019, I was running three thriving clinics. I was living the dream of young dental entrepreneurship—until the global lockdown forced the world to a halt, and I had to make the agonizing decision to close two of my locations.

Failure, however, became my greatest diagnostic tool. Shifted but undeterred, I dove deeper into the heart of the industry. I worked as a scan specialist for a premier clear aligner company and later served as a traveling implantologist managing complex surgical cases across 25 clinic branches in Bangalore through 2024.

Stepping into dozens of different operatories every week exposed an undeniable truth: dentistry is uniquely brutal. It is one of the rare fields that forces a practitioner to run two high-stakes businesses at once—a personalized service practice and a complex, inventory-heavy product operations model. I watched brilliant doctors burn out, bogged down by chaotic workflows, inventory leakage, and fragmented management systems.

That realization was the spark for Dheeraah.

In collaboration with industry leaders like Dr. Prof. Makam Gangiah at DentEssencePro, I set out to build the solution I wished I had when I started. Dheeraah isn't just software; it is a digital tool built from real sweat, financial loss, multi-clinic scaling, and hard-earned ground reality. It eliminates the daily operational friction points that hold modern practices back, giving clinicians the freedom to focus on what truly matters: their craftsmanship and their patients.

Dheeraah was born to lift the entire dental community, transforming the daily grind of practice ownership into a deeply fulfilling life's work.
